BIOGRAPHY
for this project i will be recording soundscapes constructed from a standard 4-string electric bass, moulded to my liking with a number of pedal effects (pitch shifter, distortion, phaser, delay, reverb), and layered/overdubbed live using a Boss loop station, adding random percussive noises and use of an EBow as deemed appropriate. unlike other work i've done in the past, i will at no point multi-track or compose on the computer. what you will hear is what i actually played, in the interest of developing work that could later be performed on a stage.
